The name ‘NAMI’ derives from the Japanese word for ‘wave’, which is also the first two letters of the Co-founder’s names combined.

Born in Africa to an Italian father and an Indian mother. Raised between Italy, Venezuela and Iran, I like to consider myself a cocktail of cultures.
PhD in Business Administration. Extensive experience acquired from many years in high end fashion and finally ‘jumping ship’ to the sailing and sports industry.
I have a penchant for anything Brad Pitt. Some say obsession, I’d say ‘awaiting destiny’. Movies under the covers with a plethora of chocolate verses Pilates and a walk through nature is a constant decision battle of mine. I believe life is a collaboration. I have high standards and firm boundaries, with compassion and desire to live life in technicolor.

A California girl turned jet setter currently calling Denia, Spain home. I grew up on the water and have a passion for anything related to boats. My glass is always half-full and my bags are packed ready for the next adventure. When I am not on a plane you can find me on the beach sipping french rose in between windsurf sessions.
